The question is How do you take part?

	Individual	Entity
Who	You take part under your own name.	A company, fund, or staking provider.
Next screen	Your details. Contact fields.	Your organisation. Entity fields, then the same contact fields.
What you can use	Signal.	Signal, and Accelerate where Optimum enables it.

Pick Entity if you want Accelerate. Optimum enables it per organisation, and the sidebar also needs at least 200 active validators on mainnet. Picking Entity does not enable it on its own. See What Accelerate does.

The stored account type for an individual is an internal id. The label on the screen is Individual.

Running validators is the next question, on the registration screen, not this one. Answering no is a supported account. It selects the stream-only gateway. It does not block registration.
